RPPs before (Mr. 10% got famous partly because of them) and now are bad and what is the use if the govt can't pay the circular debt? Some people....

^ Musharrafs bad policy was the continuation of ppps IPP policy, plus the corruption for the Turkish and relocation of Walter rpp was the hallmark of the current regime.

blunder = unintentional
crime = intentional

Courts made is worse cuz they did not put the perpetrators in jail.

I hope these criminals share a cell in the hell with gay taliban.... happily ever after.
