**A man who is accused of kidnapping an 11-year-old girl and holding her captive for 18 years will be held on $30m bail, a US court has ruled.**Phillip Garrido, 58, has pleaded not guilty to the kidnapping, rape and false imprisonment of Jaycee Dugard.
His wife Nancy, 54, has also pleaded not guilty to the same charges. The court in California said she is being held without bail conditions.
Officials say Mr Garrido fathered Ms Dugard’s two daughters, now 11 and 15.
