Bhai ‘convicted of a crime’ and ‘disqualified as a member of parliament or disqualified as a prime minister’ are two different things.

For the record, he is still remains convicted.

We don’t insult him for ‘no reason’. There are a million reasons, we choose only a few. Thanks.

He is convicted but not disqualified, what kind of logic is that?
