Though what you wrote is not true in civilized or even most uncivilized world, still, when it sometime do happen (mostly in worse type of dictatorial rule, demon-cracies where haddi rules, or Kingdoms), people do not call such verdicts as justice but call such verdicts as ‘stain on the name of justice’.

Unfortunately, in demon-cracies of Pakistan, when such happens, some like to claim that as not only justice but boast about such verdicts. Worst about demon-carcies is that, such verdicts get accepted when later governments come as they are also product of demon-cracy.

But I think changes could be coming to Pakistan, and if it comes, whatever court verdicts, an honest government would not only re-open cases if appropriate, or could go for fast justice and not only hang corrupt judges who exonerated criminals and corrupts, or corrupt judges who persecuted innocent victims, but would also hang people who benefited by their verdicts.

I can give you many examples like this from developed countries.
