ive been thinking about getting a tattoo on the back of my right shoulder for 6 years now...I would love to get a caduceus ...nothing huge maybe 2"-3" in height, but i have yet to bring myself to do it even though Ive been wanting it for five years... if by the time im 40 I still want one...i'll go and get it...but at the moment imma say no....
as for your question, i dont thnk i wud ever consider getting a matching tattoo...too cheesy and tacky for my taste :p ,...but to each his own

A caduceus? Wow, what for? And I know a lot of people think matching tattoos are tacky, which they can be if done in a very obnoxious or uncreative way. When I say matching, I am referring to something small and subtle, in my case matching roman numerals on the ring finger under our wedding bands. Also, since you have have wanted it for so long, I'm sure you wont regret it if you are to get it. If you're Pakistan, there are tattoo shops in Lahore and Islamabad now.

im in the states i cud easily get a tattoo ....im a medical student it seems befitting to get a caduceus ...i wanna wait till im a full fledged doc before i get one...however i wud probably have wanted it even if i wasnt a medical student

And now with today's technologies, even tattoos are removable, which is why I made sure mine was in black ink as that is the easiest to laser off IF i ever wanted to remove it, although I NEVER will b/c what I got holds an extremely special meaning for me. I'm thinking of posting the picture but idk if the admins will remove the link after a while...
And lxxll, if it is something you've wanted for so long (6+ years) chances are you probably wont regret it. But since it is medical-related, maybe you should do it after you're a LEGIT doctor, lol. Also, that myth of not being able to do wudhu b/c the ink is covering the skin is NOT true. The ink is injected 3 layers down so the water passes over your skin as normal.
