When people say they are looking, what does that mean? Does it mean they want to get married right away? or Marry after a period of time?
And those who are married or were, how did you know that that’s the person ‘the one’? like what made you decide that?

i,d say i,m looking,, like,, i,m keeping my eyes open... ofcourse i,ll eventually get married,,, but i think to find someone, get to know them a little, takes a bit of time.

In my case, i,d like to maybe get engaged officially/unofficially for 6 months - 1 year, before I finally get married... but u never know.

your second question is hard....how does one know if he/she is "the one"? and even if he thinks shes ok for him,, how does he know if she thinks he is the one or not ?
There's no such thing as "the one". Different qualities in different people let their pickers decide that they are "the ones". A successful relationship makes the "the one" concept popular whereas an unsuccessful relationship is justified with comments like (after being declared as "the one"), "it wasnt meant to be".
Quite a simple and practical outlook of life.
