Can any1 tell me how much calories a roti has???and wot abt Saalan how much calories does tht have???

p.s: am not loosing weight but trying to gain a lil :wink:

u can search in google all abut dat n salan's calories depend how much oil u r using but check in google search.

eat paratha daily ;)
and try taking date-milkshake .. you'll gain weight pretty soon !

Best way to gain weight :D

Breakfast: 1 portion of fresh french fries

lunch: 1 hamburger , 1 milkshake, small-medium french fries

dinner 3 roti (diameter of 25 cm) with any salan, and desi ghee

Eat alot of boiled aloo’s and chicken, rice, pasta’s. :k:
you could also try weight gainers. Most gyms have shakes to gain weight. A friend of mine drinks a proteine shake everyday and he gained 4-5 kgs. (It did take him some months) But atleast its not fat!

yeah i have my eyes on pasta n shakes....its just tht m too laxy to make things myself hehehe so i end up going out n gettin stuff....protein shake k liyay tau gym jana paraiga hmmmmmmmm i lubbbb rice n pastaaaaa thnx 4 da tips nyways.....1 whole month or maybe more then tht i had chees in breakfast and lunch but majal hai mai moti hui hun huh

Just try to eat regular, 4-5 times a day and just try those shakes. You can buy a 2-3 kg protein pack to make shakes at home. (just mix it with milk) and voila, doesnt sound that hard now does it? :stuck_out_tongue:

stick with chawal and chicken. Some people I know eat it everyday just to gain weight :smack: :k:

u wanna gain weight ( if lean mass)... go for whey protein shake..

eat anything which has protein in it.. take complex carbs along with it..
protein is the building block of muscles.. so u wanna gain weight the right way...and not the wrong way ( gaining fats )...

omg dont tell me u wanna eat all this well i'll tell u my cousin did the same thing and she gained lot of fat and tummy too and now she look weired with tummy poppin out

its better u do lots of exercise and gain muscles rather than fat

As long as you make sure that the weight you gain goes to where you want it to go and not end up looking like a Coke bottle eat anything you want.
