I do like white on red. What matters most is that you like it! It’s difficult to tell how something will look until it’s stitched (in terms of style).

Speaking purely about the work. Pakistani work and Indian work are very different, so I wouldn’t like to compare. Oftentimes, as long as the overall the look of the work is effective, it doesn’t really matter what has been used.

Zardosi work in Pakistan is when metal based materials have been used in the kaam. So work containing dabka, naqshi, kora (antique dabka), or metal wire thread work, would be termed zardosi.
