1- Once a day in the morning.
2- Mostly between 140-250.
3- I know, right. At this age and mithai with sugar level… He’s taking pill plus exercise. Its working very well for him so why not eat mithai when everything is working for him. Its not something that he’s eating the whole box of mithai everyday. Once or twice a week, couple of pieces and that’s it. He mainly do cardio and push ups. If you see him, you won’t believe that he’s diabetic coz he takes care of himself and of course my mom…

The numbers are VERY unhealthy, not sure if his doctor told him so, anything above 125 is bad. I know its better then 420. If I were you, I would take him to doc myself and have his blood test done, check for A1C level, Vit D and B12 (if he is taking metformin), A1C could be maximum of 7, lower the better and Vit D above 40,000, Vit B12 above 500 or close to 800. These are very important tests.
