B12 is found only in animal sources, veggies wont help there.

hin33, you really have to sit down with the RD and work out meal plans, calorie ratios from carbs/fats/proteins etc., if you want this to be stress-free long-term. extremely low carbs has its own problems in the long run. this is the stuff RDs have been trained for years to help diabetics with, and diet is extremely important for a diabetic person. you really have to do this. did the doctor refer you to one yet?

No, actually his Endocrinologist appointment got cancelled.. it is next week now// ill ask him to refer him to one.. My niece is a registered dietitian.. so may be ill talk to her.
