Hello Ehsan bhaiii… I told hubby as soon as I read your comment and I am sure it made him feel better. I read that diabetics are not to be blamed that they had poor eating habits that is why they got this disease I tell him the same - just one more thing to keep him positive… He is taking metformin now regularly 500 mg twice.. with food prevents diarrhea for him…
