I've not purchased cotton net but was quoted 1200/yard from a shop in Lahore. That might be slightly negotiable but I don't know. I haven't found a local shop (in islamabad/rawalpindi) which has that fabric though. Grip has different qualities and range from PKR 100/yard to PKR 500/yard.
