I am looking for some good quality costume jewelry that won’t necessarily break the bank. I need to build my collection again but don’t want to spend $60 a pop for earrings necessarily either. I need recommendations on some brands/boutiques/sites that carry quality pieces.
My favorite brand is Givenchy to give you an idea of the type of look I like.
I do not know how accessible Dillard's is from Chicago but it has a wide variety of higher end brand that does have a decent inventory of earrings that are less than $60 (or only slightly above it). I know Dillard's has a brand they feature named Cezanne that pretty much has more affordable jewelry.
Are you okay with ordering stuff online or do you need to have a physical location to go to?

I have to fix my location...we are now in Dallas and there is a Dillards out here! I will definitely stop by to look now!
