I am planning to join hands with few software developers to get a software developed, i have all the paper framework and flows for the software ready the devleoper just have to codify it for me and give it a good interface etc. I will market the software as i have contacts in the industry in pakistan and i GCC.
How to share profit for such software? the idea and all the basic working is mine. In addition how to secure my idea that developer do not launches it on his own once i give him my paperwork?

You do not need to share the profits. You can advertise you project without revealing the details on some sites where freelance developers can work with you. Very good developers from across the world are willing to work for peanuts.

Bao dude, do not think a confidentiality and NDA is going to protect you. If you have a great idea and I am your developer and sign all kinds of documents but then tell my phuppo ka baita's pal, and he runs with it you can't prove much.
So, depending on the idea you may need to talk to an intellectual property lawyer to figure out what to do. Patent it perhaps. In US they changed the IP law last year where first to file gets it rather than first to create. Before that utilizing prior art proof patents could be challenged. There is a lot more detail that is beyond my knowledge but this was just to give you some food for thought.
Thank you for the advice. How practical it is if i just change the important terms in main document to code names and then rechange them when the software structure is ready?
I would rather leave the project instead of doing all the IP related thing or will give the idea to some one , dont want my self to get involved that much into any thing. Just want to earn some safe money which i will use during my planned one year break which inshallah start in 06/08 months.
