Cost Of Getting Visa Stamped

Hi,

My sister in law from Pakistan has had a visa appeal been accepted however my uncle says the lawyer who submitted the visa says the High Commission in Islamabad is asking him for money in order to arrange and appointment and get the visa stamped. I have asked a few people and they never heard of this before we already submitted the appeal fees when we applied for the spouse visa?

Can anyone confirm?

I was just checking out visa processes for entry into the UK. Apparently i was reading somewhere there isn't a fee and many people ask for it. The lawyer might be asking money to cover his own costs. Check out the home office website. I could be mistaken though.
