I think there is no harm in cosmetic surgery, if it helps improve your life as a whole which for alot of people it does. How people see themselves... their body image controls their life.. and its a constant reality that lingers in your mind.. Esp reconstructive surgery.. i dont think thats a sin (at all).. not so sure about cosmetic surgery. Its important for one to be at peace with themselves.. how they look. confidence is one of the most important things in life. i wonder though if someone considered good looking has one defect... and they feel like that one thing is the cause of lack of selfconfidence.. is it okay for them to get cosmetic surgery to make thier face..... perfect?(because u should be happy with wat u already have) whereas its okay for someone average looking to enhance their beauty.
