i had a nose job, it was a non traditional approach for a nose job. I had a little bit of a bump on the nose towards the top. i think its called an overprojected nose
now i am extremely photosensitive so wore wraparound shatterpoof shades when i played as a goalie for my uni team. during corner practices, i misjudged the angle and speed of teh ball and did nto get to it right, it slipped by my hands and slammed in my face shattering my nose right at the spot where the shades rested on the nose, which happened to be where that bump in the nose bone was.
i had a straight nose after that, i had cousisn who asked me how i got the cosmetic surgery done and I told them we coudl do the same, i.e. i put shades on their face and start kicking the ball really hard at their faces, no one went for it though 
i dunno f lasik is considered cosmetic, but i may get that done sometime.
