My sis had breast implants. She was very small-sized and also saggy after having fed her son. She was always very self concious about it so she saved her money and went for it. She looks beautiful! And she's much more confident and outgoing. I also know a couple of gals from when I was working - two who had nose jobs and one who had liposuction. The nose job gals looked great. The lipo gal looked great for a while but gained weight back so it was a total waste.
I thought I'd like to have a tummy tuck, mine is a total mess. But once I saw the horrible scar it causes I changed my mind.
