And yes, for these "critics" it is so kosher to drag Pakistan throught mud, but all hell breaks lose if one particular region is mentioned.

Maulana Fazl’s brother gets another job in CAR
The NWFP government has appointed a brother Maulana Fazlur Rehman as additional commissioner in the Commissionerat of Afghan Refugees (CAR). It may be mentioned that about a month ago the Peshawar High Court had declared the appointment of Ziaur Rehman, younger brother of the leader of opposition in National Assembly, as a project director in the CAR illegal and invalid. Mr Ziaur Rehman is a PTCL employee and currently he is on deputation with the provincial government. His appointment was challenged in the PHC and a two-judge bench had declared his appointment invalid on May 25. Sources said that the provincial establishment department had issued a notification of appointment of Mr Rehman as additional commissioner a few days ago. They said the appointment was in clear violation of the high court’s ruling that an employee on deputation could not be appointed by the provincial government in an agency or body of the federal government.

First off, how can we issue a verdict based on the information in the article? Its important to hear, what the other side has to say in its defense.
Secondly, a “Mullah” doesn’t have a passport to heaven, his test has got to be more severe than an average person.
I am not justifying anyone’s actions, after reading most responses on this thread, I felt the need to point out this hadith

If this is corruption, then what the ruling party leaders, who happened to be all absconders and defaulters to tune of hundreds of millions of ruppe at one point, did with regards to the Sugar Crisis, must be the biggest most egregious, courrupt act ever commited by anyone in the history of the world....

There was a report in the Dawn the other day that detailed how the NWFP CM was deliberately assigning more funds to his chamchas area's and depriving the needs of others.

Fazl’s brother reinstated despite ruling
The brother of Maulana Fazlur Rehman, Maulana Ziaur Rehman, has been reappointed to the Commissionerate for Afghan Refugees after his first appointment was declared void by the Peshawar High Court. Rehman was appointed additional commissioner for administration on July 1, officials at the commissionerate said on Wednesday. The officials said that Rehman’s reappointment had been opposed by NWFP Chief Secretary Ejaz Qureshi but Chief Minister Akram Khan Durrani ignored the chief secretary’s objections and ordered the Establishment Department to notify Rehman’s appointment. The officials claimed that Rehman had acquired four government vehicles for his use, adding that the additional commissioner’s attendance at the office was irregular. The Peshawar High Court had cancelled Rehman’s first appointment on an appeal filed by a retired army officer.
