When you see کارن فلور in a recipe, do you assume it is what is known in America as cornstarch, or do you assume it is what is called cornmeal, or makaii ka atta?
Well, duh, I guess I just answered my own question…if it meant cornmeal, it would say مکئی کا آٹا , wouldn’t it?
