i have lots of raw corn on the cob at home. last time we just boiled them until soft and had with masala & lemon, like challi…
what can i do this time?
we know this family who grow corns on their farm and they send it to our place quite often. Most of the time we just boil & have it. This time i was thinking to be more creative but need idea of what can be done?
Did some googling but nothing that i fancy, so im sure gupshup cooks will have nice ideas.

hmm u can use them in soups,salads,fried rice,pasta,spring rolls....

You can just throw them on the grill or barbecue. Sweetcorn needs very little cooking -- you just want to heat it through, basically.
You can brush the cobs with butter then use different kinds of spiced salts, garam masala is good, red chilies, zeera.
You can brush with a teriyaki kind of sauce, (soy and sugar and garlic).
But this is all gilding the lily: good American sweetcorn is perfection already.
