Significant life events, whether positive or negative, can cause psychological stress. People may use coping mechanisms for stress management or to cope with anger, loneliness, anxiety, depression etc.
What are your coping mechanisms? What activities do you turn to when you are stressed or uncomfortable?
Forcing myself to do dhikr and duas. Haven’t found anything else that works (better).

I talk it out with someone (friends, family, etc). I pray about about it. As said above, dhikr helps you feel calmer as well.

Going on a drive alone and binge eating chocolates or pastries
Sleeping
Hunting for someone that recently did something wrong that I overlooked, getting back to them about it and being toxic to them
