Well started working out in the gym after a break of 6 months(due to exams)…NOTE-I AM ONLY 16…hence a more muscled up arm would be seen in the future…hahaha:D

cool dude kakay, my younger bro who turned 19 this month was into this stuff too when he was your age but everyone used to say keh sola saal ki umar mein zaada weight lifting karo ge toh kud (height) chota reh jayay ga :)
since u r like my younger bro too, just a tip for you keh dont do weight lifting, do other exercises till about 19 or atleast till ur growth spurt in height is over :) dont know how true it is but thought id let you know :)

Good Job Cool Dude. And don't listen to anyone who tells you not to do too much weight training while you're young. I started weight-training when I was 15 (Height 5' 11"). I'm 18 now and 6' 2" . So it's all nonsense.

thanx for the encouragement hunk.....but I've promised my parents as well tht i won't do hardcore weight lifting just yet(they to obelieve the height thingy).....but anyways....tht doesn't mean i don't do it.... ;)
