What are the combinations of vegetables and/or lentils that you have cooked/tasted/know of ? I have come to know some new combos recently so I was wondering if there were more that I didnt know about ?

I also remember cooking a combination of broccoli-gobhi-carrots once, taste wasn’t bad at all.

Barley+wheat+chana daal+palak very yummy, sprinkle some chaat masala, cilantro, green chillies and lemon juice.

My son loves daal, so I add veggies to different combinations of daal…some veggies i add to daals are carrots, green peas, kaddu, corn, and celery.
