Koi haal nahin... By the way how much time normal Arabic dishes take in cooking. I feel Arabs have simple foods taking lesser time compared to foods in sub-continent.

2 things which are simpler
1) they dont fry the onions till its golden brown in their day to day cooking.They leave it a little pinkish.So lesser time.
2)They don't have adrak lassan ko bhoonna in their day to day cooking.
