Cooking Oil Quality

Hi All,
I know some cooking oils are better than others such as Olive oil and Canola but I can’t seem to know how to select the best quality cooking oil when I’m at a grocery store. What are some things that I should look for when buying Canola and Olive oil? Some brands are pricier than others. I just want to know do they all have same properties? I heard they’re same but more expensive ones taste better. Also, are the large containers of canola really cheap quality? Help me out ladies and gentlemen. Thanks!

Re: Cooking Oil Quality

Select the one with the least amount of saturated fat. You cn find a canola brand that has very little sat fat, even less than olive oil.
