Tabu, definitely add water in the pressure cooker … or else it will all burn out … lamb takes its sweet time to get cooked .. so we try to bhoon it really well before adding any water so that its smell goes away …

once bhooning is done, add the required water that you like for the gravy and put it on the pressure…

thanks! Would 2 mugs of water be enough…dnt want it to dry out..if theres extra water i can always cook it on high heat to get rid of it right?
