Cooking in College

Re: Cooking in College

When you have some freetime…you can prepare different kinds of kababs/kofte and/or some salans…frozen veggies…portion and freeze them labelling with names and dates (because the longer a product stays in the freezer; degraded the taste becomes)…

Now you will only need to cook the fillings which take only 10-15 minutes at a serving…

if you're into pasta ...it's an easy meal to make..

when i'm in a rush, i don't add meat ..
jus boil the pasta..add pasta sauce..and shred up some cheese to sprinkle (lightly or heavily) on top.
throw some salad with it ..and tada!

yum

^ :hehe:

You know how you can updo it a bit? Add some oregano, basil, and parsely into the pasta + pasta sauce. Use mozarella cheese. Just tastier. Maybe add some chunks of tomatoes, if the pasta sauce isn’t a strong one.

I also take this whole mixture and sometimes bake it, and serve it hot instead of cold. Cheese melts that way.

Oh yeah, this thread is smokin’ with expert cooks :smokin:
