Does any one cook their spring lamb in a pressure cooker? I used 2 cook it in a normal handi, but found that it took ages to cook so dont cook it anymore..we just dont eat it anymore!
I feel like eating it these days so was tinking of cooking it in the cooker pressure…so its proper soft and tender…has anyone done this? does it work well? :S
Last night I cooked Lamb with palak using national's vegi masla, added everything in the pressure cooker for 25 minutes, and then bhoon for few minutes.
