^That’s a good idea. Tortilla wraps and burgers are both sandwiches…so just make one of them; not both. With the tortilla wraps, you’d have to make three different fillings. If you want to decrease the work load…the only thing you have to cook is the patties/kababs…and then all you have to do buy buns from the grocery store, put a tray of sliced tomatoes and other veggies for the burgers, and set out the ketchup/mustard/mayo/relish. You already have a chicken dish, so use beef for the kababs. Go with pizza fingers instead of keema pasta cuz you already have meat dishes…and the chaat bar will be filling. In the chaat baar you can include chana chaat along with dahi baray.

Do Burgers keep well in the oven? I’m thinking of having the majority of work done beforehand.
