So im not really good in the kitchen… Heck I suck
only 2 ppl eat my cooking no matter how BAD it is and that is my dad and hubby.. bless them.
Now that I have more time I would like to start cooking .. My mum has tried to help but I’m useless, what I want to know is some easy recipes which I can follow step by step, what would be a good thing to start with?
Re: cooking for a beginner..tips and tricks required
can you elaborate a little more on how bad your cooking sucks? like can you make scrambled eggs, follow the directions on packaged foods (like cake mixes, shake n'bake, au gratin potatoes type things for example) and they come out fine?
is there anything you've made that's turned out ok? it's hard to know what recipes to give/where to start to help without this information..
check out foodnetwork's website for videos (or watch it on tv) and america's test kitchen (which is really good at explaining the how-to's) so you can have someone to actually show how to make the dishes- there was a desi chef with online tutorials- i can't remember the site right now, but if i find it I'll post back

2) Start with bismilla
3) Most good dishes need very few key ingredients
4) Keep trying and trying and learn from your previous cooking encounters
