I took baking class at george brown college this past winter. They have got amazing baking and cooking classes. I did not find anything suitable in Mississauga, I don’t think there is any if you campare it to George brown, it is supposed to be best. It was lots of fun and definitely worth learning.

It is the prerequisite for all other baking courses. I was already into baking however just needed to fill in some gaps and some of those secret techniques that you seem to wonder about They do teach everything in detail…it would be best if someone else is also taking it with you becuz you work in two’s OR you can partner up in class with anyone. In my class 90% of people took it for stress releive and enjoyment.
At the end, yes you learn a lot and learn to bake professionally. Best part is you get to take home what you baked and feast on them PM me if you have any questions
