This scheme provides 2 benefits:

1. The joy of shopping, the pleasant feeling of multiple shopping bags weighing both your arms down as you walk (aerobic exercise)

2. The entertainment of seeing hubby turn 40 shades of angry red (light red, bright red, fire-truck red, crimson, maroon, etc)
