whats your fav type of cookies?
mine is Peek frens Fruit creme (strawbery) and chewy choco chip cookies, and there is this Kajhoor (Dates) cookies..soo yummy… i been eager to try making some cookies at home.. Anyone of you ever tried making cookies at home? Recipe’s?
hey my mum makes these khajoor biscuits which are so divine, she learnt it from her lebanese friend.
my favourite biscuits are chocolate covered digestives, coz the chocolate melts when you dip in tea and then those butter biscuits - eat sum mores, and i dont like pakistani biscuits. oh and romany creams are also good.
In pakistan I like 'maris' keh biscuit.. its crazy-tasty how it expands in chai yet still maintains its design :)
