Its the holiday season, people where is your holiday spirit?

Can you guys share your cookie recipes here? Stuff that you’ve tried and you know that works, so please don’t copy paste off some random site and pretend like you are emeril or something.

Chocolate Chips Cookies

2/3 cups melted butter
2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp hot water
2 2/3 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 package of milk chocolate chips (add more or less depending on your taste)

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Take spoonfuls of the dough and drop them onto a baking pan. Bake at 375F for about 8 minutes and let them cool.
