How can one convince their special someone that they are in fact good enough for them and that they do care about them. I’ve already tried apologizing and explaining myself a million times so I need something else please . Any good ideas ?

Why do you need to convince them? If they can't figure it out, then maybe they are not good enough for you.
You don't ask for care and love in charity.

You don't need to convince your boyfriend or us that you are worthy, just yourself. I suggest that you find yourself a good therapist who has been certified and experience with coaching.

I think you don't understand. He thinks that he is not good enough for me. He thinks that I think that , not the other way around.

Smooth operator. Saggirl must have alot of dirt on this guy. He first tried the psycho route and when she didn’t leave him, now it is “not good enough” route. Smooth Operator.

Help find him a good therapist, just incase his self destructive behavior is not an act. And get away from him. Far, far, away.
