A pagal never says that he is pagal . So if you say that yea I am pagal , it means you are not .

Just a way to show your frustration and transferring your responsibility on your insanity .

A Diwana will say he is a diwana.A pagal will also say he is a pagal,if his pagal-pan is related to something,like LOVE.
He will say,mein pagal hoon,rap songs k liye etc.
