You know I feel a little backwards admitting this but there is black magic and I think it should be punished.
Should it be punished by death?
Should it be punished based on testimonies only? Because then you raise the risk of unethical witchhunts and death penalties based on possibly DELIBERATELY falsified information?
No muslim would disagree over some intervention being established for these sort of cases, but under the circumstances, is this case ethical?
