and what will be the requirements of it ? Will it be something like converting from one religion to another ? Will they have to recite Kalmah or something ?

no not really, how u convert to ismaili shia will be a good question to ask though

There are too many gray areas between shia and sunni. Not all shias believe in infallibility of imams, for example Zaydis.
I don't think there is a clear definition of what sunnism means. The best way to describe sunnism is being 'not imami'.
Similarly there are many gray areas between deobandis and barelvis as well.

Prophet Mohamad(PBUH) bring Deen Islam, all the above sect is way you practice in deen Islam.
there is no problem to change sect. But instead of some one motivation you will need to understand the sect and study both sect From-To . Do not take decision which makes social problems for you when you return to the first sect.
