What are some topics/ general conversations you can have with your inlaws…and your inlaws parents…and this is the first time your meeting them… nerves are getting to you…you want them to like you…

You don't (make conversation with them). to impress elders, just sit quietly, whatever they ask you reply politely and nicely...thats it.

don't ever talk about controversial or news topics where there might be disagreements, or on any issue you don't agree with, I wouldn't volunteer my opinion if it isn't really necessary or it goes completely against what they feel. try more to integrate with the in laws, do everything and anything they like doing.
i would try to get to know the mother in law, what her personality is like, listen more than talk(there's a reason why god gave us two ears and one mouth). if you have to talk, think very very very hard about what you'll be saying before saying it. try to impress her as much as possible. not all MILs are mean, some are so sweet.

I think just be normal as you are with your friends, siblings.
Like the topics you discuss with your friends or ways you speak to your friends are different you have with your relatives, so definetly, these would be your in laws you will be behaving differently.
But no extra care or more carelessness just be normal and relaxed.

It is best to ask about the other person. Don't go in too much detail with your questions, unless they're already sharing detailed personal stuff. Just ask about them and if you feel the same way about something, share your experiences/feelings etc.

just relax and be yourself just answer whatever questions they have and just stick with neutral topics but also just go with the flow.........try not to think about what you want to talk about the more you think about the more you might stress your self out so just remember to be relaxed and enjoy yourself :)

Go with the flow. If your in laws are asking questions and such then politely answer, don't be a blabber mouth and keep talking. Don't ask them personal questions. Be nice, ask for water or tea or more food. basically act the same way you would with your elders.

I'm quessing its not wise to ask about my fiancees childhood stories....but he doesn't want to tell me funny things that happened to him...I guess I should just be patient and wait for his parents to talk about it themselves!

If he's already your fiance, I don't see anything wrong with you asking about his childhood stories!

He is just a fiancées right now. You will get enough chances to embarrass your husband in coming life. so no. you dont want to ask about childhood stories.

I will suggest u ,do not reveal urself to them not ur fiancee as well . . . . Just listen them n think how could u modify or adjust wd them after ur marriage. . .

Yes you can make conversation to everyone if you know their interests. 
Like if you know that FIL has a goat for pet you can talk about goats , what goats like and how their milk is so good for health.
Your MIL is fat , you can talk to her about virtues of dieting and give her some tips about dieting.
Your SIL is married with kids , you can talk to her about her evil ILS.
There you go , you can provide hours of entertainment to all the guests and get into their hearts.
