Just go, sit smile, play with your iPhone, send a couple of text messages, offer to bring salan for the ladies, compliment the kaam on their outfits, ask where they got their wedding makeup done at, which potatoes are better: Russet or White...especially for cooking bhujia, then talk about if it's worth switching to organic produce...does it really make a difference on their kid's complexion, and oh...don't forget to ask for tips on storing herbs in the refrigerator....and if they don't understand that...just stick with dhaniya and pudina.

Can’t WAHM ladies talk about sports,politics, any newsweek article, any articles on msn like polluted cities in US or something.Some interesting stories about kids or their schools. :bummer: And definitely about health and fitness which fruits to eat and which are more healthy ? And how much exercises they are doing.School districts or current immigration laws something something. Yes they can talk about anything. :naraz:

waisay my nana abu told me one day that when engaging in a conversation its good manners (and sunnah/hadees? ... i forget :@: ) to talk to the other person about his/her interests in a language that he/she understands and not vice versa.

He said this to me when we were in a pind and people were having a hard time understanding urdu, let alone english.
