Any one currently involved with house construction in karachi (Defence / Clifton)? What is construction cost per sq. foot (may be a range) these days?

Ok those of you who want to know, the constrcution in clifton/defence is between Rs 800 to 1600 per sp ft.
Info came from karachi.
