So for someone who snores … what can be the possible medical reasons behind it and how can it be controlled /reduced?

The cause is an unconscious desire to drive one's spouse insane. The cure is to smother them with a pillow.

using a **nose clip**** or taking two sprays in each nostril of *rhinocort...it's a prescription drug or if nothing works then *surgery** is often chosen.**

weight plays a huge factor with snoring...when i'm 10lbs heavier, i snore....weird
