Obesity is a global problem and fat ones are very keen to lose their weight without excessive exercises. Several diet plans are available but are hard to follow. Here is an easy one that worked for a lady.
Merab Morgan, 35 year old woman, claims to have lost 37 pounds in 90 days on the “McDonalds Diet,” by counting calories and eating all three daily meals at the chain.
Morgan used nutritional information downloaded from McDonald’s Web site to create meal plans of no more than 1,400 calories a day. She only ate french-fries twice, usually choosing burgers and salads.
Morgan said she hasn’t decided if she will stick with the McDonald’s-only plan to reach her goal of 150 pounds.
It is not necessary to visit McDonald’s. One can easily manage to have a similar home-made plan.
I lost 15 lbs in one summer by doing the same thing a few summers ago. I kept my calorie count at 1000-1500 if I remember correctly. Its not entirely safe though. I lost half of my hair by doing that.
It depends how you are satisfying your need for calories while maintaining vitamins and minerals your body need. Many factors are there too like the food, the way it is cooked...
Miss Morgan has not reported any hair loss with this diet plan.
What is so hard about losing weight? I mean why do people need all these "plans" and "fad diets"? All you need to do is start walking everywhere and put minimal crap in your body. Simple as that.
Yes, exercise is important for burning calories, but many people find it hard to follow an exercise plan. Even 10 minutes daily walk is difficult for them. In this case, one must make sure that he/she is not making things worse by keeping a good calories count.
I have been exercising and taking care of my diet for a month now and i have only lost like 2-3 kgs @max but i can notice that my clothes specially jeans feel loose now ......i guess i am going to stick with my plan. :) i will get there slowly but surely.
I walked everywhere and became a vegetarian and within two months dropped weight like crazy. The point is not to make life hard on your self and start counting calories in everything and exercising heavily because those things are hard to maintain. It's small subtle alternations in lifestyle that are healthy and keep weight off in the long run.
