Lolz.... First of all i know its easy said then done, but dont panic!! Relax.. dont cretae such topics and dont think over such things!!!!
Contractions????? I too had same questions before my baby was born... but once you had them you can differentiate what they are.... reallllllllllllly hard pain unbearable... but againd epends from person to person... like mine was unbearable..some have no pain at all
Felt like period cramps in the beginning with back pain. I wasn't sure in the beginning but once i started timing them and realized they were 7 mins apart and that's how i knew they were contractions. Like tashfeen said, once the real thing really hits, you will never ever doubt what contractions feel like.
what do they begin like, as in the docs say that when contractions are between 4 to 5min apart is when you should come hosp, so tell me;
what does it feel like, i mean i want live experiences not jsut books telling me.
so what did your contractions in the beggining feel like, when did they start, when did they get more `severe, **and when did youknowit wastime.....
**
thanks ladies...
hareem, me too
I had been experiencing the braxton hicks contractions for a whole month (my last 4 weeks), was not bothered with those at all, they were really dull. When the actual contractions started, I kept thinking it will get better, they will go away soon and finally I coulnd’t stand the pain and started crying, told my husband you better take me to the hospital or I’m gonna die… those were the real deal, I didn’t even need to time them.
i didnt get braxton hicks and i didnt get the slow paced contractions either.. infact i didnt get contractions until i was induced. THEN boy o boy did i get them.. i was told its like getting a horrific period like pain... thats such a lie. i dont think even women who have given birth can describe it... its THAT kinda pain. i sure as hell cant describe it. or maybe u can imagine your belly going through the entire predator movie...
^Yep, its different for every woman. My false labor started in the 36th week, it was off and on that I felt the contractions and I delivered right on my due date, i.e. in the 40th week.
I also hear they can be compared to a bell shaped curve/graph. They start, the pain reaches a peak and then subsides. The BH I've been getting are kinda like that
Week 36 for me, its crazy the feelings towards labor etc I'm going through :((
