Hi guys,
I am currently planning of starting to use the pill but not sure whether I should…
So…I just wanted to get your opinions on the best contraceptive pill available in the UK? I’ve heard soo many different stories, mostly negative ones about these pills, and want to get your thoughts about these pills from your experiences.
I’ve heard that the Yasmin pill is really good and actually helps reduce water retention…So are any of you guys on this pill?

I don't know whether it's available in the UK, but I'm in the USA and use Femcon - and the best thing about it is that, Masha'Allah, there have not been any side-effects at all in the past 6 months I've been using it. No weight gain, no skin breakouts, no pain.....which is good, because most do cause side effects.

Women react differently to different birth control pills. Just because it worked for someone doesn't mean it will work that way for you. You should go speak to your GYN instead. And there are existing threads on this in the Health & Fitness forum.

Ortho Tri Cyclen & Yasmine IMO.
I recommend both because, you will get virtually no acne, no cramps and your period is more regular and flow is lighter.
The great thing about both is you will have virtually no mood swings or PMS, that's mean hubby will be happy !
