The red and purple damask cake on the left is for the shaadi and the ice blue cake is for the valima.
Don’t be mislead my the marzipan icing, the flavours of the cake are decadent! Each layer is a different flavour - mango mousse, chocolate ganache, carrot cake, strawberry shortcake, lemon chiffon, almond cake, passion fruit - a single bite is a gastronomical delight!
**BARAAT
**
For the baraat, its only fitting that such an emotional night have a deep and sultry color base of red, burgundy, purple and other rich colors
Since the color scheme was inspired by berries, its only fitting that this cake would have a strawberry/raspberry filling.
VALIMA
The valima is a sophisticated yet glamorous affair, with a backdrop of white and black and turqoise accents
What’s more decadent and indulgent than diamonds and chocolate? Here you get the best of both worlds with a rich chocolate cake, white chocolate icing and “crystal” decor.
