dude you are lookng for firms based in toronto or firms with presence in toronto. Most of you major IT consulting firms have presence in Toronto area.

if you are looking for regional companies then thats a diff issue.

I am looking for presense and those who would hire into thier Toronto offices. So no one man shops I suppose.
