actually mouse is a big no no. tends to malfunction. and scares potential customers. a touch pad (read: jhawaan) on the other hand is the latest "in" thing

its actually 400+400 ( for double unit) means 800 sq. yards,
you will be covering 70% of that area, meaning 280 sq. yards each ( 560 total).

There are some formula to calculate the exact amounts of each, contact any civil engineer, they will tell you the exact amount, and no waste of money.

Engineers are good at it, wether construction or distructions …
