I want to have a contructive discussion

How much cement and loha, sarriya, bajjri, Pathaar etc will be needed to build a double storey house on 400 sq.yds

What should be the qualification of a good thaikedar?

Jony you are right about angoor khattey hain. I think Ehsan bhai defined what a mod is, and that was the best definition.
